Kamba is billed through Symphony. Each subscription starts with a baseline number of users and included monthly credits. Credits used above the included allocation are billed at $4 per excess credit. If actual usage consistently exceeds the baseline, Kamba may recommend a higher baseline tier to better align pricing with ongoing consumption.
Subscription & Seat Licensing
Team Subscription is priced at $200 per user per month, with 100 credits included (at $2 per credit). Enterprise and annual commitments may be billed in advance through Symphony’s existing billing cycle.
Credit Overage
Each Team Subscription user receives 100 credits per month. Usage above the included allocation is billed at $4 per additional credit. Credits do not roll over.
Seat Expansion
If additional users are provisioned during the subscription period, those users are added to the customer’s baseline and billed for the remainder of the subscription period.
Most standard work products use 1 credit
Standard reports, memos, and analyses use 1 credit. Complex workflows may use more. Kamba provides a full usage breakdown before any contract begins.
